Reporting Incorrect Map Info

Learn how to report a posted speed limit or street name that isn't correct on the map.

When viewing your trips in the Bouncie app, the posted speed limit can show a limit that is not correct for that particular section of road. You might also find labeling inaccuracies, such as street names. We use a third-party integration that provides speed limit information, so we cannot adjust the posted speed limits within that integration.

The good news is that you can report inaccurate speed limits directly to the third-party. You will first have to create a Map Creator account. From there, you can select the "Start Editing" button to access the map interface where you will be able to submit edits. With the Map Creator, you will also be able to see the status of the edit you requested (ex: Under review, change applied, etc.).
