You can choose to add user access and share your vehicle data with others in a few ways. This process gives another person permission to view the stats of your vehicle.

Tap on the option below that best describes the method you would like to use.

Using the Bouncie App

  1. Select Add User from the Options Menu [•••].

  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the vehicle with, tap the circle if you want to copy your alert settings to the person, and tap to give either full access or view only access with the person.

  3. An email invitation will be sent to the person. They can tap the link in the email to download the app.

  4. Once the app is downloaded, they will need to create an account using the email address where you sent the invitation. For the vehicle to link correctly, the new user must use the email address that the vehicle was shared with to create their account.

  5. The shared user will now see the vehicle in their app.

Using Bouncie on the Web

  1. Access Bouncie from a browser at bouncie.app and log in.

  2. Click Menu in the upper left and select User Management.

  3. Click Invite Users next to the search field.

  4. Enter the user’s email address in the top field. Multiple emails can be added into the field.

  5. Assign vehicles and permissions from the Manage Vehicle Access section.

  6. Click Send Invitations in the upper-right corner.

Important Note

The person who initially set up the vehicle is considered the primary user. Only the primary user has permission to share vehicle data with others and make any changes to the account.

Once the primary user sends an invitation to an email address, the shared user can directly download the app and create an account using that email. They do not need to access the email to continue.

After creating the account using the email the vehicle was shared with, they will see the shared vehicle when they log in.

If you need to unlink or remove someone from being able to access the vehicle's data, tap the button below for step-by-step instructions.
