Remove User Access

If you've previously shared a vehicle, here's how to unshare.

You can choose to remove user access in a few ways. Tap on the option below that best describes the method you would like to use.

Using the Bouncie App

  1. Tap on the Options menu [•••] and tap Add User.

  2. A list of users will display. Tap on the one you want to remove.

  3. Tap on Remove Access.

Using Bouncie on the Web

  1. Access Bouncie from a browser at bouncie.app and log in.

  2. Click on Menu in the upper left and select User Management.

  3. Click the ellipsis [•••] in the Actions column next to the user to remove their access.
