Routine maintenance is crucial to keeping your vehicle running smoothly, as well preventing small issues from becoming larger ones. Using Care Plans, you can set alerts for any routine maintenance, such as oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire rotations, and more.

You will get the most out of setting up Care Plans by using Bouncie on the web. You can add recurring services to the Service Library, set them on a schedule, and be notified when they are due.

To access Care Plans on the web, log into Bouncie, click the hamburger stack in the upper left, and click on Care.

Service Library

The Service Library houses all possible routine services that could be scheduled for your vehicle. When scheduling service, you will be prompted to choose the service from the Service Library, so it's best to start with adding all possible services to the Library first.

To add a service, click on the + Add Service button next to the search field. You'll name the service, choose the frequency (recurring or one-time), and select the parameters of when the service is due (by miles, by time, or both). Depending on your "Due By" selection, you will need to enter when the service should repeat. Lastly, enter when you want to be reminded about the service. When finished, click on the Add Service button in the upper right.

To edit a service in the library, click the ellipsis next to the service, then click Edit. Once you have made necessary edits, click on the Save button.

To delete or duplicate a service, click the ellipsis next the service and choose the option to either duplicate or delete.

Schedule Care Events

The Schedule tab provides tracking for your vehicle's maintenance. Once you have added your regularly recurring maintenance services to the Service Library, you can schedule the services for your vehicle using the Schedule tab of the Care Plan.

To begin, choose a vehicle from the list on the left, then click the Add Service button in the upper right. The Service Library will slide open, where you can choose the service to be scheduled by clicking on the + Add button. You could also click the + Create a New Service button to add a service to the Library. Once you have added your services to the schedule for that vehicle, you can close the Service Library slider by clicking the X in the upper right.

To complete a service record manually, click the ellipsis next to that service and click on Mark as Complete.

To remove a scheduled service, click on the ellipsis next to that service and click on Delete.

View Upcoming Care Events

You can view scheduled care events under the Schedule tab of the Care Plan. Select the vehicle to view from the left, and the scheduled maintenance will display including a quick view of how many miles or how many days are remaining until the maintenance should occur.

Record Completed Services not Scheduled

If your vehicle has a routine maintenance performed that was not scheduled using the Care Plan, you can record it manually. Under Care Plans, click the Schedule tab, and click the Add Record button in the upper right. Complete the fields provided in the slider and then click the Add Record button.

View Completed Care Events

You can view completed care events under the Schedule tab of the Care Plan. Select the vehicle to view from the left and then click on Completed under the vehicle name to switch your view to the completed care events.

Viewing Scheduled Care on the App

From the main screen of the app, select the vehicle you want to view, and tap on Care at the bottom middle of the vehicle card. A timeline will display showing the date and mileage of the next scheduled Care event at the top of the timeline.

While not recommended, you could add a Care event to the timeline manually from this view of the app. You would tap on the + in the upper right corner and enter all relevant information about the event.
