A cookie is a small file on your computer that saves Internet settings. Bouncie requires cookies to be turned on to log in to your account and to save certain settings. You can learn how to enable cookies for your browser by following the instructions below.

Settings for Mobile (Android, iOS, and Windows 10 Mobile):

Android Web Browser

  1. Open the Browser.

  2. Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy & security.Or, go to Menu > More > Settings and find "Privacy settings."

  3. Make sure Accept Cookies is turned On.

Chrome for Android

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Go to More menu > Settings > Site settings > Cookies.You'll find the more menu icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Make sure Cookies are turned on. 

Safari for iOS

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.

  2. Make sure Block All Cookies is turned off.

Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 Mobile

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Tap the More menu, then select Settings.

  3. Tap View advanced settings.

  4. Make sure that Don't block cookies is selected from the "Cookies" drop-down menu. 

Settings for PC or Mac:


  1. Select the Chrome menu icon.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.

  4. In the "Privacy" section, select Content settings.

  5. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).

  6. Select Done.

Internet Explorer 11

  1. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

  2. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy.

  4. Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.

  5. Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.

  6. Click OK.


  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  4. Under "Accept Cookies", select only from sites you navigate to.

Note: Blocking cookies might prevent some webpages from displaying correctly.
