The Year-End Mileage Report allows you to gather reporting for all of your Bouncie-installed vehicles. The report is simple to run and easy to understand, while providing details regarding monthly mileage trends for all vehicles, as well as the ability to breakdown data per vehicle.

Running the Year-End Mileage Report

Log into your Bouncie account on the web, click the hamburger stack in the upper left corner, then click on Reports. You'll see the Year-End Mileage Report feature listed as an option.

To start, click on the Create Report button and choose the Report Year.

  • If you have tags applied to your trip data, you will be able to include all tagged trips, trips without tags, or include both. You could also choose specific tags to include in the report.

  • If you do not tag your trips, you will only be able to include trips without tags, which will include all of your trip data.

Generated Reports

Once you have generated Year-End Mileage Reports, you can view them under the Generated Reports section of the Reports and Data webpage. Click the View button for any generated report to view the data.

Monthly Mileage Trends

  • Average Monthly Miles: The average miles accumulated monthly of all Bouncie-installed vehicles

  • Peak Month: The month of the reported year where the most miles were driven by all Bouncie-installed vehicles

  • Lowest Month: The month of the reported year where the least miles were driven by all Bouncie-installed vehicles

  • Mileage by Month Graph: Interactive data for all vehicles by color. Hover over any bar in the graph to view the details for that vehicle during the month.

Details by Vehicle

  • Vehicle: Each vehicle included in the Year-End Mileage Report will be listed in this column. If the vehicle has tagged trips, you will see a drop down caret to the left of the vehicle name, where you can click to expand the data and view the tagged trips.

  • VIN / Plate: Displays the VIN and license plate number for each vehicle. A "-" listed in this field means there is a piece of this data that is not been entered for the vehicle.

  • Total Miles: Miles driven in that vehicle for the reported year.

  • Avg/Month: The average number of miles driven each month for the reported year.

  • Trips: The number of start-stop trips recorded for that vehicle for the reported year.

NOTE: Bouncie can only provide reporting for vehicles that have Bouncie installed and will not be able to report complete data if the Bouncie device was uninstalled while the vehicle was driven.
