Bouncie needs 8 different GPS data points in order to display your vehicle on the map inside of your app. When you start your vehicle, Bouncie wakes up and starts searching for these data points. It may take up to one minute to acquire a full GPS signal.

Because your vehicle is moving while Bouncie is searching for the data points, sometimes you will see a straight blue line on your map that essentially "skips" part of your trip. You are seeing that because Bouncie knew where it started from and then connects straight to where it picked up the full GPS signal.
