If you have parked your vehicle but your trip is not updating, there are a few steps you can take. First, log out of the Bouncie app and then log back in.
If it does not update, there may be another explanation. Once the vehicle is parked and turned off, an end-of-trip event signal should have been sent to our servers.
Sometimes, based on where your vehicle is parked, Bouncie can have cell connection issues (like if it's in a parking garage or under a building). Bouncie will make a few attempts to report the data but then stop trying in order to protect your vehicle's battery. Once the vehicle is driven again, Bouncie will re-attempt to report data.
