As you drive, the Bouncie device is continuously recording data and securely transmitting it to our servers and then to the app. The Bouncie app compiles the data and displays the trip statistics at the end of every driving event. You need to complete at least one trip before this data becomes available.
If you are new to Bouncie, you might not immediately see trip information in the app after driving your vehicle. Don't worry! The data will appear in the app after a few start-stop engine cycles.
If you have set up Geo-Circle or Curfew alerts and an alert is triggered, Bouncie will send a notification to you immediately. All other alerts and notifications appear in the app at the end of your trip.
Don't forget that your Bouncie subscription includes unlimited driving data. Which means, the Bouncie device has everything it needs to stay connected for every mile.
If you are having trouble getting data, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your email address, your vehicle's VIN number, and the IMEI number from your Bouncie device. We will make sure you device is properly linked to your vehicle. Here's where you will see the IMEI number of your Bouncie device:
