We want you to be happy with your Bouncie service. If you’re not satisfied, or you are experiencing any issues with the app or Bouncie adapter, we would love the opportunity to resolve the issue first before you cancel your service with us. 

Send us an email at orders@bouncie.com, and we will begin working on making you a satisfied customer.

If we are unable to resolve the issue or you remain unsatisfied, remember that you can cancel your Bouncie service at any time. We do not lock you into a long-term contract.
